Welcome to Envy Starters, an online community and creative platform dedicated to connecting independent recording artists, DJs, visual artists, fashion designers, and supporters of independent creativity.
Our intended primary website is https://www.envystarters.com. During development and transition, our services may also operate through https://envystarters.org.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Envy Starters websites, community features, creator directories, galleries, radio programming, merchandise stores, and related services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the applicable services.
2. Membership and Account Registration
Envy Starters offers registration opportunities for community members and creative professionals.
Registration may require administrative review and approval.
Envy Starters reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts for legitimate operational, security, or policy-enforcement reasons.
Users agree to:

Envy Starters does not guarantee publication, promotion, audience engagement, sales, or financial results.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.
4. Ownership of Creative Work
Creators retain ownership of their original creative works.
Submitting music, artwork, photographs, fashion designs, or other content to Envy Starters does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to Envy Starters.
Creators remain responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party materials included in their submissions.
This includes, where applicable, samples, recordings, compositions, photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, and identifiable individuals’ images.
Envy Starters respects intellectual property rights and expects participating creators to do the same.
5. Permission to Display and Promote Submitted Content
When creators submit content for publication or approve its display, they grant Envy Starters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the approved content in connection with Envy Starters services.
This permission includes reasonable technical modifications necessary for presentation, such as resizing images, creating previews, formatting media, and applying public-gallery watermarks.
The license does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.
Creators may request removal of their content by contacting Envy Starters. We will review and process appropriate removal requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, existing transactions, and technical limitations.
Previously distributed promotional materials, third-party shares, and cached copies may remain outside our direct control.
Any separate commercial licensing, merchandise production, or sale of a creator’s original work requires additional authorization or an applicable agreement.
6. Public Showcases and Featured Creators
Envy Starters may feature approved creators and creative submissions through public galleries, directories, editorial spotlights, and community showcases.
Selection and placement are determined by administrative and editorial considerations.
Being featured does not constitute an endorsement, professional certification, guaranteed promotion, or promise of commercial success.
Envy Starters may update, rotate, or remove showcased content as part of ordinary website management.
7. Community Conduct
Users agree to participate respectfully and lawfully.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct.
- Discrimination or hateful conduct directed at protected groups.
- Impersonation, fraud, or intentionally misleading activity.
- Uploading content without necessary rights or permissions.
- Distributing malware, spam, or malicious links.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or website systems.
- Misusing another creator’s intellectual property.
- Using Envy Starters services for unlawful activities.

8. Envy Starters Radio
Envy Starters Radio provides online audio programming, music entertainment, and live DJ performances.
Programming schedules, participating DJs, music selections, and broadcast availability may change without advance notice.
Radio streaming may rely on independently operated technology providers.
Envy Starters does not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasts, constant availability, or compatibility with every device.
Listening to radio programming does not grant users permission to download, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit copyrighted broadcasts or recordings without authorization.
9. Online Store and Merchandise
Envy Starters may offer clothing, accessories, mugs, and other merchandise through its online store.
Store functionality is supported by WooCommerce and may involve third-party payment and fulfillment providers.
Some products are manufactured or fulfilled through Printful.
Product availability, descriptions, prices, shipping options, and estimated delivery periods may change.
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, and applicable fulfillment conditions.
Envy Starters reserves the right to cancel or refund orders when reasonably necessary due to errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or fulfillment limitations.

Available payment methods may include PayPal-supported services and other payment options displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers operating under their own terms and privacy policies.
